February 4, 2016, we walked down the street, through the gardens, across the Artobonite River, through more gardens, and up a small hill to arrive at a church that let other churches come to say the 9 Bible verses so we wouldn't have to walk further. This area is cut off from the rest of Haiti because there is no bridge to this area, and therefore no roads, motorcycles, or vehicles. Lubenson and Son graciously and joyfully carried the box of 20 Bibles for us on this hike.
Emmanuel Par La Fois of Balmet had 15 people say the verses to receive a Bible.
February 4, 2016 we handed out 11 Bibles to people in the neighborhood that said the 9 Bible verses.
Sunday, January 31, we handed out 16 Bibles at a church in La Salle.
Saturday, January 30, 2016 we gave out 20 Bibles for the church Leglise Evangelique Baptiste Eben -Ezer de Liasse.
Thursday, January 28, 2016, we walked across the Artibonite from our house and then up the hill for about 30 minutes to give away 14 Bibles in Creole. The walk was beautiful! Many people kissed their Bible after they received it.
January 24, 2016. We gave away 12 Bibles at a church in Liste today!
January 23, 2016. 10 more Christians have their swords! One from our neighborhood and 9 from a church in Feja. Onward Christian soldiers!
January 21, 2016 we went to a church in Las Cahobas to give out Bibles to people that said the 9 Bible verses. We sang "Jesus' Love is Bubbling Over" and "Father Abraham". The smiles as people received their Bible were heartwarming!
One young man was at school and couldn't come to the church, so he called in to say the 9 verses, promising that he wasn't looking at them. The pastor received his Bible for him, because he is the pastor's son!
